This is honestly the easiest dessert I have ever made. It comes together in about 10 minutes, tops, and depending on the number of cookie sheets and space you have in the fridge you can make multiple batches.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag organic lightly salted popcorn
  • 3 cups vegan chocolate baking chips
  • 6 candy canes– unwrapped and crushed

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Lay popcorn out on a cookie sheet.
  3. Once chocolate is melted, let cool then pour into a zip lock bag.
  4. Cut the corner of the bag and drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top.
  6. Put the cookie sheet in fridge to cool and let the chocolate harden.
  7. Break the popcorn bark into large pieces and store in an air-tight container.

If you’re looking for a last minute gift for your coworkers this is the perfect treat! Simply break the popcorn bark into pieces and put into clear treat bags. Tie the bag together with ribbon and add a cute little tag as a nice touch.
