Chocolate Thin Mint Crisps are the perfect sweet treat with a satisfying crunch.
I’ve fallen in love with the company 34 Degrees ever since my trip to Blend back in May. Not only are the employees down to earth and super sweet but they make a darn good cracker. I’m a fan of anything with a good crunch and these crackers are light n’ airy with a good crunch to them.
You’ll mostly see these crackers topped with savory ingredients for an appetizer but I thought it’d be fun to make a quick and easy dessert!
In a double boiler, or place a glass bowl over the top of a saucepan filled with some water, bring water to a boil.
Add in 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of diced chocolate mint leaves.
Stir the mixture continuously as it melts down.
While mixture is melting, lay Natural 34 Degree Crisps out on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Take bowl off the heat and pour chocolate mix into a gallon ziplock bag.
Cut the corner of the bag off. Drizzle the chocolate over the top of the cookies.
Place cookie sheet in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate has harden.
Take out and enjoy!
These are super easy to throw together for a quick fun dessert. They’re best if eaten fresh!
*Disclaimer: 34 Degrees sent me these crackers free of charge to review. However, as always, all opinions are my own.
