This eggnog protein smoothie is the perfect way to recover after a hard holiday workout.

Ingredients

  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used Designer Whey)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 heaping cup eggnog
  • Shake of cinnamon & nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend.
  3. Pour into a holiday glass for the cozy effect!

    Yumm! I love eggnog! This sounds really tasty, but I probably wouldn’t use it in a protein shake because it’s so caloric and I’m trying to lose weight. But It sounds goooood, haha 🙂
