Hi Friends! Another Sunday means another food prep day. Here’s what I’ve prepped and planned for the week ahead.
- Cashew pad thai sauce–> for dinner
- Coconut curry chicken soup–> for lunches
- Cashew/walnut/date brownie bites–> for snacks
- Breakfast burritos–> for breakfast
- Soaked almonds–> for snacks
This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai
Monday: Eggplant Bake
Tuesday: Fish Parchment Bake
Wednesday: Sweet Potato Noodle with Mushrooms, Spinach, Parmesan
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner
