Is it really already Sunday night and we’re getting ready to head to work tomorrow?! Man, the weekends go by way too fast. This weekend was so special. I had some time to catch up with a friend, play out in my garden, and soak up the warm weather!

Here’s a look at my meal plan for the week – 

I prepped:

  • Green Juice Tonics 
  • “Brownie” Energy Bites – for snacks
  • Golden Beet Noodles – for dinner
  • Overnight Oats – for breakfasts
