I did all of my food prep earlier on today so I had time to enjoy the rest of the day.
- Fresh tonics (beet & turmeric citrus)
- Smoothie bags–> for breakfasts
- Spiced almond milk
- Roasted beets –> for dinners
This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Super Bowl Party!
Monday: Portobello burgers with tomato, spinach, & vegan aioli
Tuesday: Fettuccine with broccoli, garlic, and vegan alfredo
Wednesday: Lentils with mushrooms, kale, and coconut milk
Thursday: Chopped kale salad with roasted beets

- Granola Bars
