Meal Plan: Week of February 5

Healthy meal plan and food prep for the week of February 5, 2017.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday!! Go Falcons!!

I did all of my food prep earlier on today so I had time to enjoy the rest of the day.

I prepped:

  • Fresh tonics (beet & turmeric citrus) 
  • Smoothie bags–> for breakfasts
  • Spiced almond milk
  • Roasted beets –> for dinners

This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Super Bowl Party!
Monday: Portobello burgers with tomato, spinach, & vegan aioli
Tuesday: Fettuccine with broccoli, garlic, and vegan alfredo
Wednesday: Lentils with mushrooms, kale, and coconut milk
Thursday: Chopped kale salad with roasted beets
Friday: Out
