I prepped:

  • Strawberry raspberry kombucha–> This has been in the works for awhile and I think it’s just about ready to enjoy this week!
  • Energy balls–> for snacks
  • Plain kefir
  • Ball jar salads–> for lunches


This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Organic Bratwurst with Green Beans
Monday: Roasted Chicken with Braised Greens
Tuesday: Skillet Shrimp over Garlic Broccolini
Wednesday: Enchilada Bowl with Chicken, Peppers, Onion, Brown Rice
Thursday: Quinoa Baked Dish
Friday: Pizza
