Weekly meal plan and food prep for the week of March 12, 2017
Hi! It feels so good to be back home and settled into a routine again. Between B’s crazy work schedule and my work trip last week, I think we’re both happy to be home for good for a while. That also means eating healthy, home-cooked meals again together. Hooray! Here’s a look at the meal plan for the week ahead.
I prepped:
- Turmeric Tonics
- Chopped Mango–> for snacks
- Roasted chicken & vegetables–> for dinner & lunches
- Cashew milk
- Sweet potato, kale, guacamole & black bean burritos–> for lunches & dinner
- Smoothie packets–> for breakfasts
