Happy Christmas Week!
Can you believe it’s already here?! Crazy!
My sickness is still hanging on! Urgh! I felt fine Friday and Saturday and after B and I went out to celebrate our Christmas early my throat started hurting and I felt achy again. I decided it was time to head into the doctor this morning for some medicine to kick this thing once and for all! There’s no time for me to be sick.. especially with my family coming down TOMORROW!
I’ll only be working tomorrow then taking off for a week in the mountains with them. So it’s a VERY small food prep & meal plan again. I made a batch of my Clean Chocolate Peppermint Bark for our cookie platter and have to still make a batch of coconut oil chocolate chip cookies!
- Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup– for dinner and lunch tomorrow
- Walnut/Cranberry Energy Balls– for the cabin for snacks
- Clean Chocolate Bark– for the cabin for clean treats!
