Well it’s back to the grind friends! No more holidays and no more extra time off work.
As bummed as I am to get back to my regular schedule I am excited to start whipping up delicious recipes for you guys and bringing new things to the blurbs this year!
Since it’s a full work week back in the office I made sure to do plenty of food prep today to prepare myself.
- Lentil salad with chopped brussels, walnuts and goat cheese– for lunches
- Chopped mango– for snacks
- Hard boiled eggs– for snacks
- Chewy Granola Clusters– for snacks
- Roasted spaghetti squash– for dinner
- Bone broth

Sunday: Cumin Ginger Roasted Chicken with Curry Lemon Yogurt Sauce
Monday: Twice Baked Sweet Potato
Tuesday: Spaghetti Squash topped with Shrimp and Pesto
Wednesday: Broiled Salmon with Caramelized Onions & Chard
