Meal Plan: Week of June 10

Happy HOT Sunday evening!

I just got back from spending the day playing in the sand and water at the beach! Thought I’d stop in and see how everyone’s weekend was!

Here’s a snapshot of my weekend:

Left to Right: Juicer. Farmers Market. June Power Meal a Day Challenge, #PowerBreakfast. Foam rolling. New-to-me find, sweet potato corn chips! DELICIOUS! June Power Meal a Day Challenge, #PostWorkout. Beach & green smoothies. Tried out the new brewery in town, Ore Dock Brewing Company.

Time to get back to reality and prep for the week ahead!


This Weeks Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Apricot & farro tempeh Salad
Monday: Grilled chicken with zucchini & summer squash
Tuesday: Grilled salmon with asparagus & sweet potato
Wednesday: Pasta tuna salad with tomato & cucumber salad
Thursday: Asian quinoa salad with tofu
Friday: Out to dinner/Wing-it

Don’t forget to prep for your week ahead! I’ve found it not only saves me time but also helps me snack/eat healthier when I have my meals already planned out. That way, I feel like I have to stick to them!

      Oh my goodness they are delicious! Slightly dangerous since I can’t seem to get my hand out of the bag! Ha!
