Happy HOT Sunday evening!
I just got back from spending the day playing in the sand and water at the beach! Thought I’d stop in and see how everyone’s weekend was!

Time to get back to reality and prep for the week ahead!
This Weeks Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Apricot & farro tempeh Salad
Monday: Grilled chicken with zucchini & summer squash
Tuesday: Grilled salmon with asparagus & sweet potato
Wednesday: Pasta tuna salad with tomato & cucumber salad
Thursday: Asian quinoa salad with tofu
Friday: Out to dinner/Wing-it

Don’t forget to prep for your week ahead! I’ve found it not only saves me time but also helps me snack/eat healthier when I have my meals already planned out. That way, I feel like I have to stick to them!
