Happy Sunday! Today definitely doesn’t feel like Sunday since I was knocked down by food poisoning yesterday. It was ROUGH. I’ve never been so sick in my life. But boy am I happy to stomach real food again today thanks to some wonderful meds!
It’s a lighter food prep this week as I’ll be up in the North Carolina office for a few days but I made sure to get some food prep done Sunday so I wasn’t scrambling when I came back from travelling.

- Hard Boiled Eggs- Snacks
- Packed Lunches- Quinoa, Lentils, Asparagus & Grilled Chicken
- Granola Bar Chunks- Snacks
