Happy Easter! I hope you’re all having a wonderful day! Even though I’m stuffed and can’t think about food right now from delicious Easter eating, it is time for another weekly meal plan and food prep!

 

I prepped:

  • Trail Mix–> for snacks
  • Mini Breakfast Burritos–> for breakfasts
  • Fresh Beet Juice–> for snacks

Wednesday: Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Thursday: Grilled Chicken
