Meal Plan: Week of March 8 and Weekend Review

Happy Monday! What a busy weekend! I packed so much in that I completely forgot to do my Healthy Meal Plan post yesterday for you guys. I’ll share that today. 

Saturday morning we ran a bunch of errands and picked up plenty of cedar fence panels. While B power washed the front walkway I made 6 (!) more raised garden beds bringing my today to 8! I am so excited! {View my tutorial HERE.}

Saturday consisted of the full day of yard work and errands so Sunday morning we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast together before B went golfing.

I experimented with some new delicious recipes. Made a batch of kombucha. Made fresh juice. And started some orange extract.

For dinner I pulled out an oldie but goodie recipe of mine. Sweet Potato Curry Cabbage Rolls.
