Meal Plan: Week of May 8

Happy Sunday! It’s time to take a moment to prep and plan a healthy meal plan and food prep for the week ahead. Remember, fail to plan means you’ve planned to fail. Take a moment to even just prep some grilled chicken for lunches or some homemade trail mix for a snack.

I prepped:

  • Frozen smoothie bags–> for breakfasts. With frozen spinach, frozen berries, frozen bananas, ground flax, Vega protein powder, hemp seeds
  • Pulled organic pork–> for lunches
  • Energy balls–> for snacks

This Week’s Meal Plan:

Sunday: Pulled pork and salad
Monday: Grilled Chicken
Tuesday: Plantain, beans, and rice bowl
Wednesday: Baked swiss chard leaves
Thursday: Salad with venison steaks
Friday: Out to eat
