Before I run off to work on a group case study for the day, here’s the look at this week’s food prep & meal plan…


This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Sunday: Baked salmon with roasted broccoli
Monday: Crock-pot Chili
Tuesday: Tempeh w/ chard & sweet potato
Wednesday: Baked chicken w/ green beans
Thursday: Quinoa & chard
Friday: Left-overs/wing-it
