Mini Caramel Apples are the perfect treat for a Halloween party this weekend or any fall day!
Guys, I am SO excited to share with you not only the easiest fall treat but one of the most delicious too! I love a good caramel apple but they are so hard to eat. It’s almost too much with a big apple that’s covered with delicious caramel, chocolate and toppings. You can never take a clean bite. Well no worries, I’ve found the solution.
Since I used a melon baller to scoop the apple bites out, most of the skin is gone. That means caramel won’t stick easily to it. Instead, I decided to drizzle the apples with the toppings. It sticks MUCH easier and also looks much more appealing.

As I noted in the recipe, the first round of mini caramel apples I made I included white chocolate as one of the base toppings. The second batch in the video, I did not. Feel free to change up the ingredients to make your preferences as you wish!
