Guys, good things are happening with sticking to my goals! I’ve been powering up the healthy way with plenty of protein, fresh veggies & powerful grains. I’ve also been focusing on less constant snacking. But of course I leave room for a little evening treat… all about balance!
Brain power people. Recovering from my workout & re-charging for the day! 2 egg & egg white scramble with spinach and REAL natural cheddar cheese. 1/2 serving blueberry coconut milk yogurt w/ some blueberries & granola. Such a satisfying breakfast!
I made some fresh juice for the fam for lunchtime! I made beet juice with beets, carrots & apple. And green juice with kale, celery, parsley, carrots, apple & a little beet. We split the two glasses between the three of us. On the side for some protein I had a hard boiled egg, a little cottage cheese, hummus & pretzels. A mini appetizer spread!
A warm & comforting meal on a chilly evening. Can you believe it reached 50 degrees Saturday and today it was 15?! Love Michigan weather. Sauteed rainbow chard with onion & turkey bacon. Pea & lentil mix with an organic spicy chicken sausage on top! Great combos!
Decaf coconut chai tea with a chocolate chip oatmeal nut cookie! Tasty treat!
