Happy first day of October!

Now we’re really breaking into all things fall. Speaking of October, that means I need to get cracking on figuring out a Halloween costume this year! Trick or treating at any age should be socially acceptable.

Back to these breakfast bars… these babies are one nutritious and delicious chunk of fall.

They’re packed full of ingredients to fuel you through your morning. Because sometimes, let’s admit it, we all could use as much help as we can get in the morning!

If you cut these into smaller squares they work great as a mid-morning snack served with some warm coffee on the side, chai tea or a pumpkin spice latte!

Mmmm, now where’s my flannel blanket I can curl up in after I enjoy them?!

XOXO. Britt

Crisp, cool, fall mornings…. yay or nay?

I love the chilly, fresh air in the morning! Nothing a fleece, cup of coffee and one of these bars can’t handle!

If you don’t have garbanzo bean flour can you substitute for regular flour and use two cups instead of one of each?
