I feel as though I’ve been very up front with you all on my feelings towards this weather.
I have Spring Fever BAD.
But the funny thing is about Michigan weather… it may start to feel warm and sunny one minute then the next day snow 5 inches. Exactly what happened this week. Ugh.
Well, I still have spring on my mind and that includes all things bright, colorful and dare I say… short! Dresses, skirts, shorts.. AH.
That part I don’t know if I’m 100% ready for. I’m upping up my cardio and added in some heavy weight circuits to try to make some of those muscles I’ve been working for “pop” a little more.
The next round of Best Body Bootcamp starts April 1st so I can’t wait for that to begin! Make sure to check it out and join in on the fun!

I created a couple great workouts for a “Spring Fever” workout series that I’ll share with you guys the next few weeks!
The first up is the Short Shorts Leg Workout. This includes a HIIT to blast those calories and heavy strength training to tone your muscles! My legs were shakin’ after this and definitely feeling it the next day so I know it did the job!
