It was the perfect #PureMichigan weekend over here.
Lots of exploring, catching up with friends, and relaxing. I picked up some new workout clothes that were on sale and some gloves for lifting! I also roasted up a big batch of almonds and made some fresh almond butter to have!
Today marks the start of Best Body Bootcamp Round 4 and I could not be happier. I’ve let the stress of exams/graduation/moving, being sick, and the indulging of the holidays get the best of me. It’s time to re-focus my efforts on my body. I plan to…
- blog more about my progress of getting my “feel-great weight” back
- stick to the bootcamp plan
- eat even cleaner, 80%-20% rule
- document my eats everyday in a food diary
- aim for 8 glasses of water every day
- get at LEAST 8 hours of sleep a night
Now that I’m starting a “new life” for myself. I’m making these small goals to continue to live a healthy, happy life!
Speaking of “new life”, I’m so excited to also begin a few business venture ideas I’ve been brainstorming up while I continue the job search process. This will be a great side project for me and chance to use my marketing education/knowledge. I’ll actually be attending a workshop for it tomorrow evening! Stay tuned as I figure all of the exciting details out!
