Happy Monday! Just one more day, that’s all we need right? Those summer weekends go by all too quickly. Especially when they’re packed with work, play, and relaxation.
If you follow me on Snapchat @bblurbs, you’ll see I’ve taken up crossfit. Saturday morning we had a partner WOD that was TOUGH. I’m still recovering.
So recovering means much of the weekend was spent sitting poolside. It’s supposed to be a HOT summer here in the south. I’m not sure I’m ready for that!
I also harvested some goods from my garden as well as the farmers market.
My kombucha is just about ready to enjoy this week! Finally! After a 14 day fermentation period and then a week flavoring and carbonating, it’s almost ready to drink!
Summer weather means cooking out on the grill so we don’t have to heat up the oven as much as possible. Sunday night we grilled up some organic bratwurst that we got at the farmers market along with some crispy, grilled green beans.
And I did a little blog work this weekend getting ready to bring you guys this delicious recipe.
