Always, 1/2 banana with 1 tsp. almond butter.
No picture here either because honestly it’s a case of the “same meal, different day!”
Overnight oats with Raspberry Noosa, oats, chia seeds and almond milk.
Breakfast cookies! I just made these up Sunday in my meal prep and “winged” the recipe. I mashed up some bananas, added in date paste (soaked dates in water then blended), chopped walnuts, pepita seeds, sunflower seeds and ground flax. Then I baked them for about 25 minutes. The perfect morning snack! It’s like banana bread cookies!
More salads in a jar this week but I spiced up the typical salad mix. I made a “Mexican Salad” of sorts with black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, edamame and chopped onion. I used a mix of salsa and Chiptole EVOO and mixed it up in the jar with some spinach. The Chiptole EVOO is so delicious!
A new to me Larabar Uber flavor. I loved it! Not too sweet yet satisfying enough to fuel me through the afternoon.
Ahh I love summer stir-fry’s! I mix up some onions, chicken, green beans, edamame and pineapple with some Braqq’s Liquid Amino Acids then mixed in a new-to-me Asian brown rice noodle. The noodles were a bit too sticky for my liking but the dish was still delicious!
